Avocado pulp is extracted from avocados that are hand-selected to check that they are perfectly ripe. To pulp avocados and give them a thick consistency, they are washed, peeled and pitted, once the pulp has been produced, it is placed in a vacuum chamber to remove oxygen from the pulp cells, increase the pressure and ultimately produce a thick consistency pulp that is ready to be packed and sealed.
